Andy Samberg - at the VMAs (photos and info)

Here's Andy and Jimmy onstage presenting the award for video of the year. Andy and Jimmy sung Boys II Men, which Beyonce apparently knew the song too because the camera panned to her singing along with them. Beyonce won for Single Ladies and when she got on stage Andy danced with her for a few seconds. Then Beyonce invited Taylor Swift to the stage to finish her speech.























Because I'm in California, I got the privilege to watch the show on mtv.com from their webcam backstage cameras before the show was aired on TV. Here's a few screen shots I took of Andy and Akiva walking around (sorry for being blurry and not many good shots, when you take a screen shot it temporarily freezes the video and I was trying to watch at the same time).

Akiva has a red tie flipped over his shoulder and Andy is in front of him in the first two photos.

Also spotted backstage was Rob Pattinson. He actually crossed paths with Andy and Akiva, but I didn't get a screen shot of that.





Here's Tracy Morgan who stopped to watch the TV backstage during Pink's performance. He stopped and said "What the F***! She's crazy. Go big or go home I guess." Then he kept mumbling to himself and wondered around.



Here's a few screen shots after Green Day took home an award. Billy Joel is only in the last one, waving the award around.
