Andy Samberg was supposed to present the mtvU Best Filmmaker on Campus award to University of Southern California student Josh Greenbaum for his movie 'Border Patrol.' Instead, Sarah Silverman slaps the 'SNL' staple to give him a bit of the spotlight after his presentation gets cut.
