This is a shout out to Andy Samberg - You are a celebrity and people pay attention to what you do, as well as look up to you. Invisible Children and the child soldiers of Northern Uganda need your help, and you can use the power you have as a societal role model and publicly recognized figure to help raise awareness to end a 23 year-long civil war that has killed hundreds of thousands of people since its beginning.

THE RESCUE is an event hosted by Invisible Children THIS SATURDAY, 4/25, in 100 cities across the globe. Now, I know you can make time in your schedule to visit at least one of these cities! I personally will be at THE RESCUE in Washington D.C., And I hope to see you there.

If you come, you will "RESCUE" people who are participating in the event. The goal of your presence is to gain media attention in order to raise awareness and knowledge of the atrocious acts being committed in Northern Uganda this very moment. If you don't show up, we will wait until someone (mogul - public figure) rescues us. We want it to be you. Can you stand up to the challenge?
