Having demonstrated a wicked touch with TV comedy on her "Saturday Night Live" video shorts costarring Andy Samberg, Justin Timberlake and Susan Sarandon, New Orleans native Patricia Clarkson will join the NBC sitcom "Parks and Recreation" in a two-episode guest role starting with the Sept. 22 season premiere.
First reported by Michael Ausiello of www.TVLine.com, Clarkson's casting places her as a mysterious ex-wife of character Ron Swanson (played by Nick Offerman).
Elsewhere on TV this fall, Clarkson will costar in the Lifetime movie "Five." She also has a role in the August film release, "One Day."

Didn't Nick Offerman's character already have an ex wife (which was Nick's real wife)?
I actually didn't think Andy's Parks and Rec character was as funny as he can do, but it was still good. My favorite Andy guest appearance was on the Sarah Silverman Program.

We know that Ron (Nick Offerman) has three ex-wives, two of whom are named Tammy (like his mother). We've met Tammy II, Patricia Clarkson is Tammy I, and all we know about Tammy III is that Ron can't wait to light an ex-wife effigy.
