This is the third round of this skit where Fred plays the Queen. Andy has played Prince William in all three skits. Mike Meyers also played the Queen twice.

This skit is offensive or simply unamusing to most British (because it's stereotyping the British), but it's funny to Americans, and so they keep doing it.
