Written and directed by John Hamburg (''Zoolander'') is a buddy flick along the lines of an Apatow movie, but with actualized, funny and not-horrible female roles. Plus, its got Paul Rudd, Jason Segal and Rashida Jones and the story of friendship and love is genuine and hilarious. A highlight is Andy Samberg as Rudd's gay brother; he's a lovable player.
