It was a 2007 short film that Andy either did when he was a student at a college in New York or before he got on SNL (and he was doing stand-up and other random paid and unpaid gigs). It took a few years for them to edit together and release the short.

i skipped the scenes without andy... it's just too bad :D and if handsome andy with his shaggy hair is not in the picture it's not worth my precious time.

That was fantastic. Good dialogue and great plot. The cinematography wasn't too bad either, and by wasn't too bad I mean actually, and surprisingly really awesome.
Kind of reminded me a little bit of Tarantino, mixed with "Death to Smoochy."
i kinda liked it. :P
This is actually my favourite thing Andy's done in terms of his acting. He's really believable.
