It's the same process as requesting an autograph. You've got to use snail mail. You could probably get Joni to read something via Twitter or The Lonely Island blog, and then ask him to send it on to the dudes, but your best bet is to send snail mail.

Hey! Andy,
I saw you on SNL last week imitating Josh Groban on the "We Are The World" skit and to tell you the truth, Groban has a unique voice that can never be duplicated.
