Rahm has a potty mouth. It's actually a little disturbing. Andy does him too much justice, because in videos like this one, Rahm actually doesn't even use the words correctly and mostly comes across as incoherrent...
Andy has done Rahm 3 other times, but one of those times wasn't ever aired on SNL (it was cut from the dress rehearsals; a web exclusive). I think it was good, but it did more damage to Rahm than this one. In this one, at least, Andy is making Rahm coherrent and logical.
