I think basically Jack Johnson thinks Andy is hilarious in his JJ impressions (JJ has mentioned that on his site and even hosted some SNL clips there so people could see Andy's impressions of him). However, at the same time, JJ probably is thinking that this whole "Mellow Show" thing isn't the best image.

I don't think he blames Andy. I think he sees Andy's impressions as more of a reflection of the mass market perception of Jack Johnson. And he really wants to break away from that perception. So I think thus was born JJ's idea of having a brawl music video with Andy where JJ can try to lose the stigma that he's super mellow (or at least dampen it a little).
Given the video above, Dave Matthews is also obviously a fan of Bill's impression. =^)

btw jane is not hosting the season premiere, she's on in the 3rd episode after bryan (who i'm very VERY excited for, he was the star in malcolm in the middle)
so the question for the season premiere host is still open! (except if they just announced it today)
I still watch Malcolm in the Middle in the morning at like 7 before school. I've watched it for like 3 years. It's a pretty entertaining show.
