Andy Samberg was previously nominated last year (2010) for favorite Web celeb (but lost to Fred). This time he's nominated for Comedian (seems like a step up).

i would vote for Andy but you have to sign up to vote which is kinda dumb...
i've been voting everyday for andy since i found out.. (about 2 weeks ago) :D even though i'm from England, and can't watch the Teen Choice Awards :'( .. It still let me vote, soo.. I really hope he wins!!!
I voted for him twice a day everyday because i had more than one account...
