I'm surprised Bill Hader isn't mentioned more- he's so versatile and hilarious. Also, I'm surprised more people don't contribute the success to the entire Lonely Island. I know Andy is more of "the face" (which is kind of branching out to all of them now), but still they really are products of each other- a team. However, yes Kristen Wiig without a doubt is a force to be reckoned with and I don't think any of us would be on here if we didn't love Andy, Akiva, and Jorma.
I couldn't agree more with person above me. I definaltely love Andy and Kristen two of most hysterical comedians in this world today and are future comedy legends, but I am shocked too that they did not mentioned Bill Hader, he is amazingly awesome too! And the whole Lonely Island together! Along with Andy, Akiva and Jorma they created the idea of the digital shorts in SNL, the shorts are hilarious and one of greatest and most desired, also some reasons why people watch SNL. Akiva directs most of the shorts and sometimes write along, Jorma who directs the MacGruber shorts (which he created and wrote most of them, which is going to be movie and they already started working on it) and contributes to writing the shorts, and Andy who writes and star in like of all them. Which all of us should know and does. Well thats all I have to say and also I think that Jorma should definaltely join the cast and sad to hear that he did not this season, but it is going to be a great season anyway, cant wait to see those shorts and/or skits they been planning up, that will crack me up!

Agreed. I believe that Bill Hader is also the biggest movie star still on SNL (although Will Forte will be coming close with he McGruber).

Jason S. has also been raking in the roles on tv and movies, usually the everyman or desirable number 1. He's really funny and versatile, too, more of a stability role it seems, unlike the side roles the others play.
and i love bobby's characters, esp. the smoking itlian talk shows son- hilarious!
